Nelson is a 17-year-old student in China, preparing to go to Maine in the US to study.
Being a high school student in China, I didn’t feel I had much time to do anything about my body. Though I jogged regularly every evening and played tennis it didn’t seem to achieve much. I am 179 cm tall and weigh 80KG which wouldn’t have been bad if weren’t for the fact that I had a lot of fat and no muscles. I looked fat and that made me unconfident and nervous getting along with my friends, it made me feel bad. At least that used to be the case.
So I made up my mind to get in shape. Axel highlighted that if I wanted to look slimmer I needed to build my strength, as muscle weighs more than fat, and that if I did so, I would look and feel stronger but weigh the same and that is exactly what I needed. So Axel suggested an anaerobic workout instead of just aerobic exercises. He helped me to draw up my own detailed schedule of a workout and trained me on the various weight exercises that could build my biceps, triceps and chest. My workouts only take 1 hour maximum everyday four times a week but… what an incredible effect on my body! I now have time to spare for my exercises but can still focus on my study.
After only two weeks of hard training I started feeling some changes to my body.
Now on the fourth week of Health and Energy coaching two very obvious pumped-up biceps match my stronger shoulders. I feel stronger and am looking better everyday and I am now making changes in my eating habits. I used to feel sleepy every morning but now all of that has changed! Axel has inspired me to do my workouts at 6 am. I am now feeling a lot more confident about my next goal of traveling abroad to study in the US in three months time. I am committed to sticking to my exercise program for a healthier life.
Axel is very considerate and patient, I feel very fortunate to be able to learn so much from him. If you want to see a complete change in your life, Axel is a truly experienced professional life coach. Just do it! ”
