do a handstandTake the very first step now. Open your mind. Dare to Dream. If you were given all of the time and cash in the world, what dream would you passionately pursue in 2007? I asked a friend that question last spring and he scratched his head, and said"read and traveling much more". He can do those things right now if he gets that decision, and he does not need all of the time and money on earth to do it. He just needs to make a decision and act on it!

The strangest person I've ever given a hug to was the guy who did a Handstand for hours upside down with his head on the bottom of a corona bottle in Union Square last year. He was standing up sharing with me his philosophy of the upside down people in a right side up world, with me enjoying the poetry of his slightly insane worldview.

I wonder about that.2004 Olympic flooring champ Kyle Shewfelt once told me that when men do Thomases, many look for the blue floor mat so they know when to tuck their heads under. But here in Japan, the floor mat is white. So today gymnasts have to search for white when they're used to seeing blue. You can understand how that would be disorienting (and maybe dangerous) on passes like the Thomas.

My experience with Bikram's do a handstand College of India has been one of amazing opportunity and benefit. As a student (client ), I have found this experience easy to commit to. The drop in course was cheap, but I got 30 days to practice as many times as I wanted to for only $59. No strings. Just go in and practice. There were answers on the website. I got support in person. Plus, I was able to talk with Kevin as if he were a normal guy. He does not do much marketing in the means of mass or print media. He simply offers service, consistency and availability. That makes all the difference.

Celine van Gerner, floor: Complete in tuck, possibly out of bounds, very near the line. 1.5 to front layout full. Violins again. Switch, switch full. 2.5, which was OOB, I think. Tourjete full. Double pike with single stag leap added on.

Sam Oldham: The Youth Olympic Games champ on high bar here.Layout Tkatchev, hop 1.5, and loses it on a few inbar component and has to swing free for a sec, a clear mistake. Stuck dismount, like his teammates, but GB will have to count two low scores here.too bad.

Maintain your mind strong by continuing to learn. Read a non-fiction book or informative articles online or contemplate taking a cooking course on a cuisine you always wanted to learn or learning to make a craft. Learning new things keeps you intelligent as you age and is great for mental health at age 60 and beyond.
